Innovation UBC has simplified the process to receive a reciprocal non-disclosure agreement complete with UBC signature.
This form was created to meet the increasing demands of users for non-disclosure agreements in a timely manner. Innovation UBC cannot accept modifications to this Reciprocal Non-Disclosure Agreement template. This template is not negotiable and there can be no changes accepted.

Process
- Complete the form providing complete and true information
- Acknowledge that you understand the terms and conditions
- Hit Submit
- You will receive an email (sent to the address you specify in the form) with a signed PDF version of the NDA
- Send the NDA to the other party to sign and return to you
- In order to fully protect the rights of both you and the University, an electronic copy of the fully executed NDA must be emailed to nda@innovation.ubc.ca
